The Kaizen Way   NEW!                     A Book Review by: Dr. Bryan W. McLelland, DDS

______________________________________________________________________________________________________

"One Small Step Can Change Your Life: The Kaizen Way"

Great change is made through small steps.   Technique easy- yet encompassing.   Asking small questions, thinking small thoughts, taking small actions and solving small problems.  The science is irrefutable.   Small steps circumvent the brains built-in resistance to new behavior and the goal...the goal is to change your life without fear or failure.   The results, amazing.

This book "describes a peaceful and simple way of handling all the difficulties in our lives.   You will breathe a sigh of relief as you read it!," comments Dr. Susan Jeffers, Ph.D., author of "Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway."
